Kim and I seem to cram a lot into our visits and this time was no exception!  We started by getting pedicures, then to a winery.  Kim treated me to a very fancy dinner at Wild Flower.  The food was amazing and the service even better!   Lots of great food appetizers and then we shared salmon for the main course.   A bit of ice cream at her favorite shop and it was time to crash as we had a 6am alarm the next morning. 

We wanted to cheer the full marathon runners at the start so we were out the door at 6am.   It was great fun to watch them race by.  Kim made up a sign that said "We got up early to see you!"  which got lots of thumbs up from the runners.  After heading back to the condo we decided to go to breakast somewhere to watch the runners some more come around the bend about 2 miles from the finish line.   Some recoganized us from earlier but most of the runners just looked tired!   Wow it was amazing to me to watch this for the first time.  What spirit they all had - young and old, fit and not so fit - they all gave it their all.  

Then we did some cleaning and organizing in Kim's storage areas.  She treated us to a beer and giant pretzel after that.   It was a lot of work but really looked good when we got done.  Then we used her "hot-shot" key to get into the Bontantical Gardens back gate!  She also took me to see the huge blue bear looking into a 3rd story window downtown!

Finally she treated Bill and I to chicken dinner as we sat at the campground before saying good bye until later this summer.   I will miss you and Coco!!
